2003 Heritage Softail Main Circuit Breaker

I had a total power loss while riding the other day. I checked all the fuses and battery cables, and everything seems ok. Heard it could be the main circuit breaker. Where is this located on my bike?

Main Circuit breaker location. The breaker has a red wire and a two yellow wires on it, towards the top of the photo.'03 Fat Boy shown.

Do you have to take the rear wheel off to get to it?
