Default Street bob tail light issues

Soooo I have a 2011 street bob and the turn signal went out so I put a new bulb in it and now both turn indicator light(which also act as brake lights) and the middle brake light are lit up all the time as if there breaks are being applied. My turn signals work but now all three tail lights are lit up. I checked fuzes and changes the turn indicator bulbs. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Check to see if wiggling your front brake lever changes anything. Freeplay in the lever can cause the front brake switch to stay on. Often caused by corrosion around the seal area for the front brake master cylinder bore.
