I have them on mine. Actually looking at getting new one's that are brighter.

Anything that can possibly make people see you better is a plus in my book.

I think the execution is everything here. Sometimes it looks tacky, but it's hard to argue with the visibility. I could definitely see doing this to a bike if I rode at night a lot.
