Default 07 flhtcu will not start

I have an 07 flhtcu and had an issue where the ignition fuse blew while riding. Took it apart to locate short couldn't pinpoint a solid location. Put it back together the same way and by the electric manual for the bike. It will turn on light horn radio etc, but will not turn over. Checked fuses and they are good, checked grounds and good also. Followed the wires again without teardown and they do not point to anything. Could it be something as simple as a pinched wire within the harness that isn't visible from the outside or the ecm failing?

The power runs from the battery to a Bank of relays, that split it up through 5 (I think) relays that then feed the fusebox. Pull the relays, clean pins and grease them and reinsert. Then try again. That was my issue. Easy fix, once I figured it out.

I have found one tucked under the seat on a holder. With 4 wires to it the diagram isn't really showing anything else but I could be looking at the won't page too. I'll look today after I get back home. Do you happen to know the location of the others if any?

mine is a older bike and has a few in a row. In yours may only be one. But that was my issue. Clean it up and see.

There are 3 relays on your bike, are you sure you replaced the start relay?

Follow the green wire that is connected to the starter solenoid, it will lead you right to the starter relay.
