Default 2014 Road King Police Issues

A while ago I had a shop work on my bike because of issues with the horn. I came home and parked it for 3 months. Battery died during that time so I charged it. It would die in a day if I left it sitting without a trickle charger. I replaced it with a new litium ion battery and now it will go 5 days before its dead. I never had battery issues before I had it worked on. It has also been to long since I took it from the shop to take it back and blame them for the issue. Obviously there is a short somewhere. Last night and today speedo kept turning off and a check engine light came on. I am now seeing 3 codes.

b1210 is fuel sender short / fuel gauge circuit open
b1211 Fuel level sender shorted high
p0502
VSS (vehicle speed sensor) voltage high

I disconnect just the negative terminal and test it(the negative terminal) I get a reading showing 12.6 volts. I disconnected each fuse one by one and the only one that stopped the draw was the 50amp main fuse.
I am assuming this is not a normal draw for a bike with the ignition off. Any Ideas?

Disconnect the fuel sender and see if that stops the power draw while off, you should have a small amount of power draw from the security system but not a high amount. Not sure how the horn wiring would relate to the fuel sender but stranger things have happened, you may find out that they shorted the wire in the main harness.

There is no security system on police bikes. When they worked on the horn they had to remove the tank to get to the canbus wires. I will disconnect the fuel sender. Now that I think about it when I went into the garage this morning it smelled heavily of fuel.
