Thanks in advance for any assistance. Coming home from work today I noticed that I did not have any turn signals. So I pulled over and this is what I have found: no turn signals nor 4-ways, no horn, no cruise control nor cc light, no brake light, but headlight and tail light work. By the way no codes either. Fuses all good. Check connections, all seem good and tight.
Turn signals do flash when the security sets after turning off the switch and the security key light seems to be working correctly.
Cannot manually disable security because the turn signals will not work.
Think this covers most of the issues.
Electrical manual says I need a HD breakout box to continue, which I do not have of course.
The bike starts and runs fine. Dash light works.
Any ideas where to go next other than the dealer?[/align]
RE: Need help with electrical problem 07 RKClassic
I just had the same thing happen to me this weekend on my 07 Streetglide. The problem was that the #6 fuse was burned out. I changed it and everything works now. I'm still confused as to what caused the fuse to go...I am assuming it is due to some wiring that the dealership worked on when attempting to change out my handle bars. They didn't have all the parts to finish the job and had to put the stock bars back on and they left the wiring at the longer length. My guess is they either didn't shield the wiring properly or pinched it when re-installing the tank...causing a short. I'll be digging into it in the next couple weeks to find out.

exact same thing here....bike is in the shop now ......will post what they find.......hopefully tomorrow.....my four ways flash a code 6 times with no security system........dont know what that means......06 electric glide standard
I found the problem! I couldnt wait for the special order schematics/service manual that is due next week. I traced the wires the old fashioned way, by DVM (Digital Volt Meter) and found the problem. It was no pinched wires, no blown fuse, but the ignition switch apparently cannot take much of a thump without breaking one of the contact points. Harley has a great color coded wiring scheme and if you have the no turn signals, no horn, and no brake lights scenario then check the hot side of the accessory fuse that powers those components. The fuse is in the bottom second to last column as you face the fuse panel. Take a DVM or analog volt meter and see if your hot side left side of the fuse with a red with blue strip wire feeding it - shows 12Vs with the ignition turned on. If you dont have power there, you probably have a bad ignition switch. This is on my 2008 Dyna Low Rider.
