I jumped it today and ran it for a few hours, seems to be holding the charge okay for now...we'll see what happens in the next week (hopefully the charge holds)...then I will plug in the tender.

Good luck, it should as mentioned be able to sit for a few months and still start.........Ive had results similar to Dan89FLSTC regarding it sitting for an extended period of time with the security system activated......

Admittedly, I dont have the smart siren II which talks to a pager, but it has its own battery in it as well so Im guessing the storage longevity should be about equal.......
