Horn only blows once unless ignition is turned off/on?

I tried because Moto horn said it would work but they were sadly wrong but did supply a relay with the horn

Once again to asses the problem the OP is asked to supply more information about the install but nothing. It is only a guess that a relay hasn't been fitted but we just don't know.
