Default TSM bad?

96 FLHPI bike is stripped apart and tins at paint. Ran wires through the handlebars and checked both turn signals and headlight before nallace went back on. Turn signals stay lit because I don't have the back ones hooked up. Once putting the nallace on and everything back together the right side turn signal won't blink. Left side does. Found no shorts or pinched wires. Dash lights shut off and relay clicks and gets warm. Unplugged tsm and dash and relay issue resolved but right blinker still not working. There is no right turn indicator on the dash. Left side dash indicator blinks. All led bulbs with load equalizer. Thinking it's the TSM. Any thoughts?

Did it work before the project? If so probably not bad.

UPDATE: rechecked all wires and connectors. Swapped ts bulbs to make sure one isn't bad. Same issue so definitely not the bulbs. Removed load equalizer and the killing of the dash and relay clicking stopped. One issue resolved but still have the right ts issue. I swapped the l and r wires on the TSM and issue moves to the left side. So I'm thinking the r side load equalizer shorted and took out the right side of the TSM. Thanks for any and all input!
