Default Horn Ground location 2002 RK

Just found the loose ground wire for horn. Anyone know the location its supposed to go to? 2002 Road king. My guess under the tank as I just had it off to do a tank re-lining.

It reads like I missed a sentence or something.
Horn would use a positive and negative.
Positive is controlled by horn switch.
Ground/negative is frame.
Are you able to use frame side of horn bracket support bolt for Ground/negative in order to avoid tank removal?

I assume the positive connection comes off the horn button and is a male/female terminal plug. This is the ground to frame terminal??? Where does it go? I assume under the tank?

Nope. I guess it vibrated off and is in someone's radiator. Either way I figured it out....
