After my headlamp and Auxiliary lamps did not work anymore, i found out that the lighting relay does not work properly anymore.
Although it clicks when ignition is put on, it does not bring power to the lamps if the bulbs are connected. it seems, that the contacts inside the relay did go on high resistance.
I need the partnumber for the lighting relay. Can anyone help me on this ?

 

hansludwig2, what are you referring to as the lighting relay? Did not realize there was one on this bike. There is a starter relay, brake light relay, and an EFI relay in the fuse box. Are you sure that fuse # 14 is good? Just looking at it is not a good test. test it with a DMM or test light to verify.
