Default cylinder studs

I'm going from a 103 to a 110 drop in. Do the cylinder studs need to be replaced?

Default studs

I check for pulled threads by using a feeler guage under the shoulder to see if any of them have lifted off the crank cases. Then I check the studs for stretch by measuring the studs from top to cases. If they are within say .020" I don't mess with them.
