Well. Started work on the heads. These are early Delkron heads. They have AVnV 2,020 intakes and 1.610 exhausts. I was only betting about 275 cfm @28 (corrected from 10) in last time I worked on then which was about 2008. I've learned a bit since then so figure I'd try to get more. Unfortunately , the flow bench smoked.. Literally.

This happened once before and I had to fix it... The issue is that they ran fan wires through pressboard using screws and terminals. They eventually come loose and create a resistance that burns the press board.

Here some picks of the previous fix.

Yeah you wont get a good reading that way.. I would've thought with the bigger intake you would a little better flow.. Maybe you should increase the exhaust to a 1.63" or even a 1.65" with that large of an intake the ratio should be good..
