It would help to know more about the application, like model make and year, previous modifications, etc.

As a general rule, unless cam lift is greater than .600" lift, the OEM rockers are adequate. Add to that the roller rockers are nosier than OEM rockers and my advice would be to save the money and spend it on something that will enhance performance; roller rockers are not cheap. As far as what kind, do the homework and buy what floats your boat. The only ones I have run are the HD rollers and, IMHO, they are as good as any.

If you have the $$ for a set of roller rockers, save another couple of hundred $$ and have your heads ported to Stage I and springs replaced to accommodate .600" lift cams if you plan on more performance down the road. Specs say the '00 valve springs will only accommodate .500" cam lifts; however, some have run .510" and .525" without issues but that is the max. Use a .030" head gasket when re-assembling for a compression boost.

You did not say if motor is TC88 or has been bored but if 88", lots of rooom for growth.

I had to Google Gladys Kravitz to respond. I guess I need to sharpen my typing skills.

I will leave the proof reading and spelling correction to Ed. The 2006 heads do not have bigger "vales"; however, they do flow better than the earlier heads.
