Plenty of places to have them worked BigBoyz, Hillside Cycles, WFO Larry, AKA Larry's Motorcycle and Machine and HD Street Performance are a few that come to mind. A dyno tune will be necessary with any of the above modifications.
Could always throw a -4 sprocket on there

I ran the SE204 in a 09" 96" streetglide. I know, slightly different motor, but was otherwise stocker with bub slip on mufflers and SE air cleaner. IIRC, made ~90 hp and high 90s tq. Nice lope to idle. The 204 has a lot of ground in advance but I'd run it straight up. Nice cruiser

Similar experience in a 95" back in the day; BB "street port", V&H Side Shots, 104TQ/94HP. BB's heads probably didn't flow much better than the later '06 heads and the Side Shots were a poor choice but the bike was fun to ride solo; two up needed more off idle TQ. South Texas heat brought out detonation with 190psi CCP and I had to replace the cam. We tried pulling timing but that just turned the bike into a turd. I still like the cam though; just have to set it up right and not expect more than it can give.
