You may have to bore the cylinders .005 oversized. The reason piston manufacturers don't offer pistons in standard bore sizes is they want the clearances set to their specifications.

No machine shops near me. Anyone ever hand hone .005 out of there cylinders? Mine are in fabulous shape as they are. I’ve honed .003 on a snow blower. Took some time. But worked out ok.

If you have no machine shops locally, you can box up the cylinders and pistons and ship them to a machine shop such as Hillside, Fuel Moto, etc.
There's no way to be sure you have a straight bore honing the cylinder oversized .005 by hand.

Fort Saint John BC. And our gas seems to be ok. Hasn’t iced up on the wife’s car yet. My diesel on the other hand I have to run antigell even after they switch to winter fuel. They really don’t like -40

By "good" gas they are talking about octanes higher than you normally see at the pump--100+.

To properly hone the cylinders, you need torque plates and at least a handheld sunnen (AN-112) rigid hone. A flex or ball hone should not be used.

If it were me, I'd spend the extra dollars to ship them to a machine shop that has proper equipment and the experience to hone Harley cylinders. Otherwise you may end up with a failed project that you need to spend more time and money on.
