Default Push Rod Tube Leak

2000 HD Road King EFI FLHPI
For starters, for the most part the only thing original to this bike is the VIN and frame.

S&S 124 Stroker with Screaming Eagle Top End

Leak coming from push rod tube(s). Difficult to discern which but furtherest forward seems to definitely leak under load during ride.

Which push rod tube oring depth looks correct? First photo is Cylinder 1. Second photo is Cylinder 2.

Should I just drop all rings back down and allow upper flange of push rod tube to set the depth when reinstalling the push rod tube retainer clips?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You don't set the depth on any of the pushrod tube o-rings. They get pushed all of the way home, and that's it, expand the tubes and go. If they're leaking, replace them.

The rings are new. Since they are at varying depths, what are your thoughts on me pulling them down, settling them on the tube flange, then expanding the tubes and reinstalling clips? That way, in theory, they should end up at identical depth.

Check and make sure there isn't an o-ring two deep.

I have never ever had new tube o-rings leak unless there is something wrong. As I said, push them home all the way in the head. If that doesn't work, you have some issue there. Take it all apart and review the entire process. The tubes expand, also are you sure that you have the correct parts, tubes, etc.?
