Default Evo, how big can you go?

It's been a long time since I have been around evo's.

My buddy wants to go over his top end soon.
He wants to know how much displacement he can add, without splitting the cases.

I was thinking .030 over bore, but have no clue what is available for cylinder size, that he can bolt on.

Anybody?

On a stock Evo case, You can't go larger on the cylinder bore size without boring the cases and even then, going to a 3 5/8" bore on a stock case can and will crack at the base of the cylinders. Having them bored for over sized rings(+30)from stock, isn't much.
