Default carb part question

In the process of 'cleaning up' a dear friends 95 fatboy. He has pancreatic ca, bad prognosis....Wants to get it ready for sale. Only has 13K miles on it...very clean. I've changed all the fluids and noticed a gas leak from the fuel line going into the CV carb. I'm going to try and post a pic of the piece in question. It's brass and my question is "is this pressed into the body". The black plastic right angle on it was cracked. What do I have to replace? PS. I think he'll take 4,500-5K for it.

There is a recall on that part, you should check with the local HD and see if they can do that for you at no charge. The clamp that holds the fuel line on is also a recall item, that can be replaced with a screw hose clamp. Go to boating outlet and get one that is all stainless steel. It is not "pressed" into the body just pushed real hard.

There isn't any positive outcome to pancreatic cancer. Sorry for your friend.
