You have crimped fittings...if you google the part numbers in your link to the washers...those are reusable fittings

Looks like you need to replace those hoses. It isn't worth spending too much time puzzling over why they leak - they are unfortunately due for retirement.....

Yes it is. Now to figure out what to replace them with.
