Default 95 flhtcu

Once upon a time I had a 95 Ultra Classic. Several Ultras later I sold my 2014 because there isn't enough time to ride with the wife in between carting the kids around to various events. I recently found a very slightly used 95 FLHTCU. Can anyone tell me why this would or wouldn't be a great bike to have for the occasional times the wife and I can get away for a ride in the country or even a road trip or two? 2nd choice would be a 2009-12 Ultra but it would be twice as much money without twice the fun.

Sounds like you're an ideal next owner! Be wary of things like tyre age, ditto brake line age and condition of all fluids, in other words plan on a thorough service, to bring it up to servicable condition. We have plenty of experience in here of bikes from that era. Let us know when you get it home - we love pics as well!

Cause it will be paid for and not eating up a monthly payment. It is an EVO. It's a great bike to own. You can mount a sidecar on it easily enough. The list goes on.
