Default Needing some help

I have an 88 electra guide classic. The issue I have is rolling into the throttle it almost acts like it is going to stall out. Unless I let off the throttle then try to roll into it. It is idling at about 900 rpm once it warms up. I recently cleaned and replaced all gaskets. The jets have been replaced as well. Didn't notice issue prior to rebuild. Have done some looking at videos but have not found a solution yet and want to get some riding done. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated

Anyone nearby with a Dyno? It should show you where the trouble spots are. Sometimes you can get a couple pulls and they might give you a recommendation. There's a guy near us that will and some that won't.

Not all Keihin carbs are CV...
If the carb is original, it is not a CV. Harley did not put CV carbs on big twins until `90.

I am sure that it is not a CV carb. It is 1 or 2 gen Keihin carb

OK, I will rephrase: Your best option is to junk that first version Keihin carby and install the later version Keihin CV.

I'm going with main jet blocked. That carb doesn't even make a good door stop.S&S.
