Default Easy mount Saddlebag mounting 95 heritage classic.

Hey guys, I have a 1995 heritage Softail Classic and I want to install new saddlebags using easy brackets quick release mounts. My problem is all the install videos show the mounting hardware bolts going from outside fender to the inside of fender. The OEM brackets are mounted from bolthead inside fender to the outside and held on by nylon nuts on the outside of OEM bracket. Anyone here have this set up and what they used on inside fender to thread bolt into? The easy mount must be bolted from outside in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Man they are just fender bolts you can easily just turn them around.
I also have a '95 Heritage but I'm the second owner so I can't swear that the bolts came from the factory the same way I found them.
The bolts go in from the outside and thread into nuts on the inside of the fender on my bike.
They also go in from the outside on my '94 Softail Custom and on every other softail I've worked on.
This schematic also shows the bolts going in from the outside.

Thanks a lot Moe! That helps me out. I need to find a parts book for my year. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.
