Default Saddlebag Brackets

I just bought some new saddlebags for my 2010 Fat Boy. They are the rigid mount type, and I would like them to mount as close to the fender as possible and not stick out any further than absolutely necessary. Because of this, I do not want to go with the EZ Brackets, which although are a nice product for someone who occasionally takes off his/her saddlebags, I do not want this feature. Is there an aftermarket company that makes a mounting support system for the bags that will keep them relatively (but safely) close to the fender?

Thanks Keith, but I ended up going with a set of Saddlemen quick release brackets. Anyone on here have those mounted on their bike? If so, are you happy with them and do you have any pictures?
