Parts ordered...........S&S P/N's 33-5352 lifter set and 92-1932, 20 over piston kit for a 96" stroker, flat tops.

Back on her now, the land in Idaho fell through...title problems. Took it as an omen and let the contract expire. So, we've decided to throw some cash at this place and sell it this summer. Then go gypsy in the Moho, till we find what we're lookin for. In the middle of that the MIL is now also in assisted living (that was an ordeal in itself).
Talked with S&S today as to what S&S heads I have...bummer, stock replacements. Took FOREVER to find an actual dealer for S&S that wasn't a 3rd party. Waiting on a call back from them right now on approx. time to get the kit. Then the barrels and pistons will go out to Branch & O'keefe for the machining. Jeeesh this has taken me forever to get on the road. Since I have to pull the primary apart to replace the shifter arm on the trans, I'm gunna replace the belt. It's pretty ratty and old, might be the original.

Piston kit should be here on Wednesday, Branch & O'keefe no longer do any machining. I was referred to Q & E in Anaheim for the machining. Talked to them today, after I drop them off it should be about a week or so. He said they are REAL busy. I believe it, all the machine shops that used to be around are gone.

Got a text yesterday afternoon that they came in. Popped down there today and got'um.....YEAH!!
Will be dropping them off with the barrels on Friday at the machine shop, he said shouldn't be more than a week and a half. Ordered the Cometic MLS topend kit today.

Took the pistons and barrels to Q & E yesterday, he said call him next Thursday!! Got the Cometic gasket kit too.
