Default Pushrod question

Im gonna change the cam and cam bearing in my 1996 dyna and while im changing the cam I was gonna go with some adjustable pushrods. Everyone recommended S&S quickee but said my stock tubes wouldn’t work? I checked online and the damn tubes and covers was just as much as the pushrods. I couldn’t find a kit that sold everything together for a EVO. Does anyone have any advise or recommendations?? Im also gonna change the lifters while im doing the pushrods. Any advise or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I don't have any advice or recommendations.
You don't need to spend the coin on adjustable pushrods if your using an Andrews EV13 or EV27, stock pushrods work fine.
Did use adjustable S&S pushrods on an Evo engine, (weren't the quickee type however) stock covers worked.
I used S&S lifters and they worked flawlessly.
Changed the bearing to timken, dozens of posts on that.
If your not a mechanic read the sticky "Kee's learns the truth"
Pretty simple stuff, hope it goes well.

Better to spend your time taking the rocker boxes off so you can re-use the stock pushrods. If the covers have never been off, they are likely leaking or about to start leaking. Factory gaskets are the way to go.

Have yet to have a Problem with Stock Pushrods...
I did however buy an engine from someone who was sure his engine had a Problem... It Did, The adjustable Pushrods somehow got Un-Adjusted

I have run S&S quickee pushrods in stock tubes and didn't have a problem.

That said I'd stick with the stock pushrods if I were you.
That is unless you are gonna go with a radical cam then you need the adjustable pushrods.
