Default 97 FLSTC Flasher Unit?

For some reason the rear right hand indicator has stopped flashing and I have no idea why, other than perhaps the "Flasher Unit" has **** the bed. The globe is fine and all of the wiring (that I can see) appears in order as well. As such, the only other thing I can think of is the flasher unit but have no idea where that is located on the bike (97 FLSTC). Can some point me in the right direction please and let me know if it could be anything else.

If the front signal is working, it means the turn signal module is working.

Okay - well, it looks as though neither right hand indicators are working - which means it is that signal module you mentioned right? If that is the case, where does it hide and is it difficult to change?

For the record, I looked at the wiring schematics for the bike and got a migraine .........

Chopper, yep, that is what I am starting to think as well. The rear indicator/tail/brake light unit has come loose and is flopping around a bit - courtesy of NY roads - so I am thinking the ground has been messed with due to it. That was the reason I wanted to remove the rear fender so I could get in and take a look at it all and (if possible) tighten everything up.

@wombat457457: Does the running light in the front turn signal work ok?
