Leaking oil threw breather

My Bike is leaking alot of oil threw the breather. What could be the cause for that and how can I fix it?

It was sitting for like 2 years. But ever since i got that breather put in it was always leeking quite a bit.

over filled oil tank will make it puke
sticky check ball will cause it also
very common after sitting a while.
