Whats that? I couldn't quite make it out, I suppose my mild hearing loss is getting worse!

Well I'm still whispering! Not feeling my best at all and Mrs B is showing signs of going down with the same thing.

While I've been quiet I have been commissioning my shiny new Dell. Do you like it? Piano black front no less - cool or what!

Sorry Graham, can't see a difference but then my eyesight is getting bad as well as my hearing! (getting old is really getting old!) Maybe if you put a pineapple upside down cake on your Dell, I could make it out! To say I have the sniffles would be an understatement, more like a kitchen tap!

Perverse things sniffles. Our heating system kicks in big time during the night, it is so cold here at present, and it gets bone-dry in our bedroom. I really suffer and get little sleep, so I am waiting for a humidifier to be delivered, so our poor muchous membranes can enjoy an easier night and we can sniffle in greater comfort!

I am not sure that pineapple cake is very appealing at present. In fact no food is! But at least we can share our misery.....

Sharing the misery.....
I guess I didn't know how good things were yesterday when my head was just congested. This morning the dam has burst. And my nose is already raw.
Oh man, gonna be a long day at work.

Thank goodness for pills.

Raining, foggy, cold 2*C (34*F) and sick.
Definitely a soup day.
Sorry to hear of Dale's and Graham's health issues. Hope you guys feel better soon - and Mrs. B too!

I got the damn H1N1 flu last year, and I was down and out for over a week. Felt like I had been hit by a freight train.

NGB has those mucous membrane drying-out issues as well in the winter. A humidifier will certainly help. In a pinch, you can also put bowls of water out around the room, which will help put humidity back in the air - but a humidifier is much better. Good luck!

Regarding chicken soup, here are my thoughts on that:

Default Attack of the (Cinnabon) Clones... on NGH's waistline!

Hello fellow P&Qers! I thought I'd bring a little treat for y'all this morning... fresh out of the oven... hope you enjoy them! Thanks, NGB!

Here's the latest creation from the NGB "Bored Butterfly" Bakery... Cinnabon Clones! And MAN are they TASTY! Just like Cinnabons.

Oh, and she made a Stouffers Escalloped Chicken Clone, too... double batch!

After I finish these, I might have to make like Lynn and pump up the rear shocks!

By "clone" do you mean they are just like Cinnabons, but without the sugar?
I can't add air to my shocks like lucky Lynn.
Better check the load rating of my rear tire.
