One last try before I buy another exhaust. I have a 2:1 Thunder Header that I took off my Road King a couple years ago because it was just too loud. I liked the performance compared to what I replaced it with, a true 2 BUB system which dissolved all my torque. So I'm going to put the Thunder Header back on as I liked it's performance but don't know if I can live with the noise again. Was wondering if anyone here knows of a way to reduce the level of noise this Thunder Header puts out. If I can't make it somewhat quieter I'll probably replace it with the 2:1 SuperTrapp system, just not in the budget right now.

 

On a thunderheader it basically is what it is!!!
