Front tire cupping

Haha, don't do that! I guess that didn't help so much, did it? Maybe your cupping and their cupping isn't the same. Do you have pictures?
edit: One thought, what side of the lane crown do you usually ride on? Since we can't go a 1/2 mile without a hard stop around here, that might have something to do with it.

Often it can be the result of poor front fork damping.
If you are running the stock set-up, you basically have not-so-great damping. Might be that Intiminators, Monotubes or Cartridge Emulators could help.
Or it could be a matter of tweaking the fork oil weight/quantity to suit your riding conditions.
