What's the oil level in your pan? Primary? I had oil going from my primary, stuffing the crank to the point it blew it out the breather. Oh, and what bike do you have?

If your oil tank is above the engine you have a check valve ball that isn't seating and fills the crankcase with oil while setting and has no where to go when the crankshaft comes thru the case. A procedure repairs it that replaces the check ball and surfacing the recieving area with valve lapping compound.

What year and model do you have?
Did it sit for a while before you started it and got the oil?
