Welcome to the forum from Texas.

I'm not sure you can flash the MM fuel injection system.

What is the kit part number you want to install?

You do have EFI not a carb right?

Welcome to the forum.
You may wish to reconsider re-posting your question in the touring section along with more detailed information like how much you want to spend, bike history, miles and modifications etc.
I have a 98 road king classic and i am a little familiar with that era and will guess this is a new bike to you.
You may wish to consider the option of a Digital Guard Dawg and also using a rotor lock with reminder coil.
The digital guard dawg would be an easy install and provide a NO START situation while the rotor lock would provide a rolling resistance.
If you need noise then someone else will come along.

If this is a new bike to you and it is fuel injected (likely) then check for a melted goo under timer cone by right foot (cam position sensor will require replacement).
If it is fuel injected the 2 fuel lines under the tank are HDFL005 from goodRIDGE and are available online from many vendors for as little as $160 delivered or you can go to Harley dealer for about $400+ dollars...The black wire connector (push twist) behind plastic cover side cover on throttle side of bike..the cover located under the right side of seat (CRANK POSITION SENSOR CONNECTOR)...connector is hidden by triangle tubing of frame in that area will get loose and will cause all kinds of headaches until you zip tie it.
Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure about installing a factory security system, but have you considered an aftermarket one? They come complete and the better ones will be installed by an approved fitter. That is what I have done with two of my bikes.

Just get a "Support your local Hell's Angels" sticker and have some insurance.....you only need the insurance for an accident, nobody is going to steal it with that sticker on.

Depends on where you are.
Around here they would.
HA's are not the dominate 1% club in this area.

wow great replies and info.i have had the bike since 06(bought it used)it had 10,000 miles on it.at the end of riding season in 2013 she turned 51,000 and change.i was looking at the digital guard dog, this would be the easy route to take.i do believe thats what i will do.the cam sensor and crank sensor connector i will check, thank you.last fall i did install the gorilla 8007 alarm system and it works great.it does not disengage the starter or the ignition.this is why i was thinking of the factory alarm.the H.a. sticker would indeed do the trick,LOL

Pretty sure you'd need a Bandidos sticker down there, THC.
