I seriously doubt it.Never heard of anybody doing it. I don't know if I could get the angles right - especially onthe underside. Now, of courses, someone will pop up and say that they've done it or know someone who has. :-) But looking at my buddy's, I can't see it.

I doubt it . Unless ya happen to be serving a life sentence, then ya would have plenty of time to get all the cuts exactly the same !!!

I know a guy in south arkansas that cuts for local HD shops in Arkansas and Louisiana, and they say it's the best work they have ever seen.

I'll put up a link so you can check out his website. http://www.doubledcycle.com

I had it done to my jugs and heads. I don't see ANY way to do it without a CNC machining center. I don't care how good you think you are... doing it by hand looks like a diaster just waiting for a place to happen. IMO. Nothing is better by hand

I'm not sure who did mine. I had it done thru my dealer when they installed the BB kit..
It's consistant and perfect.
Cost me $600.00+ shippingto have the heads, jugs, timing, derby, tranny, inspection, horn coverand head bridges done. Worth every cent.
I wist I had a close up of the HD logo on the head bridge. They cut it all aroundthe logo.
