Default 2014 FXSB exhaust valve delete?

I'm currently fitting a new Vance and Hines big radius exhaust

I've just removed my standard system.

Can an anyone tell me what I do what the exhaust valve multi plug?

Is is there a dummy module I fit into the multiplug?

Just get a cable tie and secure it so it's out of sight.

Here in the UK they are fitted and plugged in

For anyone else wondering, I've bought a dummy module to plug into it so the ECU doesn't pick up a fault.

I have to ask: What is an "exhaust valve multi plug?"

On European models they are fitted with an "active exhaust valve" to reduce noise emissions.

Basically a a flap in the exhaust that is controlled by the ecu to open and close to reduce noise.

When you you fit an aftermarket exhaust system it is removed but then the ecu detects it is no longer connected and can bring up a fault code

I don't know what the solution is (maybe someone here can help), but just unplug it. If there's no fault code then you're fine. If there is one, you can try clearing it and if that doesn't work, either ignore it or not install the new exhaust. You can still ride the bike with a code.
