Installing new V&H header pipe

I am looking at installing a new V&H header pipe on my 2015 Road Glide Special. Do I have to do anything else such as air filter and fuel programmer? I already have Rush Big Louie's installed

You will need to tune the bike. DynoJet PowerVison is a great tool for doing this, although it does cost a lot of money, worth every penny though.
