Default Harley Approved Exhaust Upgrade.

I have a CVO Limited on order. The dealer"threw in" 4 years of ESP to sweeten the deal so I want to keep the warranty pristine....sigh

That means going with the high output exhaust system with either the Street Cannons or Night Sticks with built in cats.

So my question is assuming the cats are equal which make more power with a given stage, Street Cannons or Night Sticks? I assume the Night Sticks. While Super Trapps are not that well loved they do have a good rep for power.

The only non HD exhaust I am aware of that might not **** off the warranty ***** is the 49 state S&S with cats in the mufflers. Anyone know anything about them?

Please don't tell me to dump the warranty and get Fullsac, FM, Drago's ...etc, cause there is zero chance that I will do that. So if that was your answer just save your breath...

If you don't change the headpipe (where the Cat is) you can use any muffler without harming your warranty. A Screamin Eagle Hi-Flow exhaust system would be compliant, but expensive for the gain.

Yep, but swapping mufflers would be mostly a sound thing. Little or no gain to be had there.

Supposibly, having the two cats in the mufflers increases the max flow rate at any given back pressure.

Cheap performance and HD do not belong in the same sentence....

Default SE Header

FYI :I understand that the Screaming Eagle’s header for the M-8 motor is built by one of the Header company’s here in the USA.

I'm going with CVO MUFFLERS, that way I can stay compliant and get the Fullsac CVO cores. Having a friend of mine in Tennessee order them and send them to me in California.
