S&S gasket

Is the S&S tapered exhaust gasket supplied with their 110" bolt in cylinder kit as good/beter than OEM, or should I stick with OEM ?

Hi Frédéric, from across La Manche! S&S is the one aftermarket brand I have no hesitation in recommending, but then I have a complete S&S engine in my old Glide! By all means use OEM next time, but you have a high quality kit with high quality components, including all the gaskets.
