If you just want a bike that will run “ok” on the street and show numbers like 1.1 hp per cubic inch, I think the pipe is too short. But “maybe” you’d see those percentages if everything is just right. It wouldn’t be the best pipe or the easy path to make them work.
135 to 140 is the absolute maximum power you could achieve with a streetable semi reliable 117 if everything was absolutely perfect. Like hand built and blue printed.

I agree its not an optimal build for max HP. It does however produce the torque number I wanted and where I wanted it. It also has a look I love and is hands down the loudest M8 I've heard. I would have went with something like a CR 485 for the cam which is more of a top end HP cam than the 483. The 483 is more of a midrange torque cam.

And on a second closer inspection I did FINALLY notice that 235hp sheet was from a bike with a super charger on it… so yeah, 235 with that pipe is doable until it blows up.
