?!? S&S E-Carb Adjustment ?!? Jet change?

Stock 8.5:1 comp., S&S E-Carb, Andrews EV-27,Samson Slip-ons, Twin Tec Ignition
Initial tuning: 1 1/2 turns out Rich
1 1/4 turns out Rich
Do I need to change my intermediate jet?
and.....how much does it cost to have it dyno'd and will they be able to determine what size is correct?
or....does anyboby out there have a similar set up that had to change intermediate jet?
