I see a couple of things that I would change, however no matter what changes you make you can only make one change at a time and then log another run.
1) Idle is very rich..... where is the idle mixture screw set at?
2) a 33 is huge... I would change to a .031 and log a run..
3) It appears that your main jet is coming in around 2750 -2800 rpm. According to your log it consistently shows rich in that area. One thing you can do is increase the size of the air bleed jet to allow it to come in later but if you change your intermediate you need to first log that change and analyze that change to be able to move forward so we can see how that changes the afr when the main starts to come in.. No matter what change you make it will have an effect throughout the entire rpm range..

Idle mixture screw is at 1 1/4 turns from lightly seated. Remember I got the W8 cam, I remember you mentioned them being a little rich at idle. I will put the 31 back in and try to get another ride.
We are supposed to get rained out today....again!! I can't wait for spring to come. Thanks

at 1 1/4 turns it's telling me yeah you're definitely reach there with the big intermediate. Putting the 31 in you should be between one and a half and two turns out on that idle mixture screw and then do another run (log) and we'll analyze That and go from there... Don't change anything else though okay?

I'll tell you another thing the way you switch around exhaust is not helping your cause either I stay with one exhaust and just keep going from there okay?

One other note.. The W8 cam has an lsa of 105*.. It is not a low end cam. It does not start to breath till 3200 rpm that is why I think it was such a difficult cam to tune in the 2800 rpm range. I have experimented with a 180 and a 200 air bleed and if i remember correctly it really helped to lean out that range...

Also I don't think a louvered fat cat is the right choice for your build. At lower rpm it's possible that the exhaust is stacking creating a richer condition.. I very well could be wrong. Maybe someone else will chime and and be able to add their knowledge and experience..

Yea, a 33 is huge for the low side, running that in a big cube. Noticed it started off rich early and mid in a full throttle run as mentioned but leaned out on top, most likely going to need to richen the big jet one and move the air bleed.
A thunder jet sure smooths out the transitions on a S&S but may get it with moving the air bleed, just don't 13.8-14.0 it early in a throttle roll on for detonation issues.

Don't know nothing about a Fatcat, think the 31 low will take care of some problems

I'm by no means trying to start an exhaust debate but I like the fatcat, it looks and sounds great. My RB prostock is also nice just too damn loud. I know you guys like Supertrapp, but my personal experinece with it is not good, it blocks my it dipstick, the quality is awful for what I paid and again, just my personal experience, sounds just as bad. I really wish I could get rid of it.
D&D seems to recommend their pipes with Woods cams. Anyway, finishing up installing the 31 and will post a new wego file. Thank again guys.
