07 softail cutom, se stage 1, dobeck tfi, 2.25 rush baffle, thumbscrew(lollipop)(added back pressure)......front exhaust is black soot and back exhaust is tan color...wouldn't they both be the same color? and if not then any ideas?

Ideally, yes they should be close to the same. It sounds like the rear is close to right, based on the tan color. The front sounds like it may be a little rich.

Sadly, I am not familiar with the tuning device you have. Is there a way to control fuel delivery to the cylinders individually?

Hopefully, someone who has experience with the unit can chime in.
