I have an 06 Road King Custom and recently put the Vance and Hines Big Shot Duals, Big Sucker air cleaner and SERT and had it Dyno Tuned. If I were to change out the baffles, for example, Quiet Baffles or Thunder Monsters would I have to redo the Dyno tuning? Thanks.

 

I believe you would at the least, have to have it re-tuned using your SERT.
Question for you... do you like the setup? Sound and performance? Did you loose anything on the low end.
I have the same bike and haven't modified anything yet, but I am still looking.

I like the setup, sound is really nice. Dyno numbers were 75HP and 83 ft.lbs not sure what stock numbers are so i had nothing to compare it to.

 

Pipe back pressure is going to play into your fuel curve. You would not know how much it changed it until you make the swap and then make a pull on the dyno with a Air Fuel Ratio moniter and look at the fuel curve, as well as checking fuel curve in the cruise range as well. Sometimes it will make a large change in a small area and others little at all, The engine is a air pump so alter air in or out will effect amount of fuel that you are currently using
