Hey peeps...I am new here.&nbsp\\; Just found the place.&nbsp\\; So this seems like a good place to pick a few peeps brain!

Okay here we go:
03 FLHT stock motor w/66k on bike.&nbsp\\; Has been a awesome running bike since day one.&nbsp\\; Until recently.&nbsp\\; Had bike down for about two months doing a lot of PM work prior to my big ride of the year.
&nbsp\\;
So here is the problem.&nbsp\\; Starting out on a full tank of fuel.&nbsp\\; Somewhere past a 120 miles on tank it will just up and start sputtering and die.&nbsp\\; At any speed.&nbsp\\; I have run the bike in the "on" position and the "reserve" position happens in either.&nbsp\\; I have dumped the fuel and pulled the petcock and checked screen...all is well there.

So I am at a loss at this point.&nbsp\\; My next guess is this?&nbsp\\; Could this be a venting issue?&nbsp\\; Maybe the gas cap needs to be replaced???

When it does this, remove cap. Then re-install cap. If it runs fine, then there's your answer.

 

Plugged vent on the gas cap was my first thought as well.
