Thinking about.........
.....cutting the bottom out of the cup that the fuel cap screws into.
 \\;
These things are a pain in the *** to get fuel in. \\; My theory is that I can better agle the gas hose to let the sides of the cup knock some pressure off the fuel instead of just shooting it straight into the tank.
 \\;
What say you? \\; \\; Would this work? Be any better than the yellow puck thingy for $20?
 \\;
08 SG. \\; This is the only thing that I have to complain about.

It's an 08 Street Glide. \\; Not sure what years and models have the same cap assembly.

The best analogy to describe would be a dixie cup with a whole in the bottom that a gas nozzle would fit through and three eeny weeny vent holes. Cut the bottom of the cup out and I could angle the fuel nozzle to "whirlpool" against the side and fill er to the top with out spraying straight down and splashing everywhere as the tank nears full..

It seems that cutting the bottom out would risk a lot of plastic filings falling in the tank.
