Newbie EFI questoin

If a bike has fuel injection, and it is put in first gear, will it stall if the clutch is released and no throttle is given, or will it start to creep forward.
I know with a carbeurator it will just stall out, but I am unsure with EFI. \\;I am referring to a 2008 Sportster 883C, and am unsure what \\;type of fuel injection system it currently uses.

Technically, yes, your bike will stall. There's nothing in the EFI management system that automatically compensates for the lack fuel when taking off from a dead stop. However, since the newer bikes need to idle at ~1000 RPMs, they will take off from a dead stop with no throttle unless they're under a heavy load.
