I think I might put a 2.5 baffle in my Rush slashdowns. Have 2.25 in now. Have Stage 1 on it, Harley Race Tuner, and been on a Dyno. Can I just switch to the 2.5 & go? Anybody ever done it? Did you have to do anything else to the bike? Do I just change 'em & see how it runs? 09 E.G. Classic.

 

Yes.. It is not that big of a change.

 

One fastener on the bottom of the slip-on holding the baffle in place. Use a coathanger to pull out the old baffle. It won't be much louder though. Run true duels with the 2 1/4's and it will set off car alarms.
