Default rocker box torque question?

I'm helping a friend fix a rocker box leak and need to know if the torque specs. for a '99 80" ST is the same as an '01 88" ST? I have an 2001 ST service manual for my FLSTF and like to know if we can use those torque specs. for his '99 Springer.

thanks,
Carl

yep...same ...not bein a smartass, just how it is...nothin spins on em, its just gotta seal...theyre 5/16 bolts so they'll only go so tight and you should be able to feel it...just tighten em with a dab of blue and let er rip
