I have a 1947 HD frame that original was a WL.
Does anyone have any info on what other motors will fit it?

Certainly more W`s out there than anything else

Big Twins into VL frames is a thing, but requires lots of hacking and welding to the back bone. I have never seen anything but a 45 in a 45 frame, short motor, not a lot of space. I would imagine a lot of customizing would be required to fit any other motor, including lower motor mounts, not the same as a Big Twin.

Post pics of the frame, maybe we can confirm her vintage.
