Watched Thread Emails

I would like to stop getting emails for any of the threads I post in here. I went to my control panel and thought I had stopped those but no luck I pretty much know what threads I want to follow and don't want my mail box cluttered up every day. What do I need to do?

I don't know what you did but one mistake a few make is after they make the changes, they forget to click on the Save button. Did you remember to do that?
